FrostOps is a service of Axiom Ops LLC (“AxiomOps”). The Terms below govern your use of the AxiomOps website and the FrostOps application alike. Specific commercial terms (subscription, billing, SLAs) for any FrostOps engagement are defined in a separate agreement. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AxiomOps.ai website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website.

2. Services

AxiomOps.ai provides AI-powered operations consulting and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be defined in a separate agreement between AxiomOps.ai and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of AxiomOps.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

4. No Affiliation with Third-Party Brands

Axiom Ops LLC is an independent software company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, certified by, licensed by, or otherwise associated with any franchisor, franchise system, restaurant or retail brand, point-of-sale vendor, distributor, supplier, or payroll provider whose name, mark, logo, or product appears in our websites or applications. All third-party names, marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Where such a name appears — for example as a brand label on a store, in a catalog or item description, or in an integration or report name — it is used solely to identify a customer's own business, systems, or supplies, and does not indicate origin, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or any franchise, license, agency, or partnership relationship.

Any document templates we make available — employee handbooks, workplace policies, example employment or contractor agreements, acknowledgement forms, and similar starter content — are generic reference material authored or assembled by Axiom Ops LLC. They are guides, not legal documents. They have not been drafted, reviewed, or vetted by a licensed attorney, they are not legal, tax, HR, or accounting advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using them. Templates are also not prepared, reviewed, issued, or approved by any franchisor or brand owner — including where such content is offered to a business operating under a particular brand.
